Strong Tower Christian Church is seeking a passionate and spiritually mature Part-Time Worship Director to lead and grow our worship ministry.

Job Summary: The Worship Director will provide leadership, vision, and musical direction for our weekend worship services. The ideal candidate loves Jesus, possesses strong vocal and musical skills, and has a passion for fostering a culture of authentic, engaging worship. You will collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor to craft gospel-centered services that build up our congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and weekly rehearsals.
• Coordinate and schedule musicians and vocalists.
• Select worship songs and prepare music resources.
• Foster the spiritual, musical, and numerical growth of the worship team.
• Collaborate with church leadership and other ministries.

Qualifications:

• Strong Christian faith and commitment to ministry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading worship and playing an instrument.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in music theory, planning, and worship preparation.

Position Details:

• Permanent Part-Time
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Includes Sunday services, rehearsals, planning, administrative duties, and ministry collaboration.
