Pastor of NextGen Ministries

Provide pastoral leadership, discipleship, and strategic oversight for CrossPointe’s ministries serving children, students, young adults, and young married couples.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead CrossPointe Students and CrossPointe 20s through biblical teaching, discipleship, events, and outreach
• Recruit, develop, and oversee leaders for Children’s Ministry and Young Married Ministries
• Create a unified discipleship pathway from childhood through early family life
• Develop emerging leaders and strengthen the church-wide ministry leadership pipeline
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, preaching, and church-wide leadership as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Meets the biblical qualifications for an elder in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9
• Bachelor’s degree and formal theological training required; MDiv or equivalent strongly preferred
• Three to five years of student, youth, young adult, or similar ministry leadership experience
• Strong biblical teaching, communication, organization, and leadership-development skills
• Wholehearted alignment with CrossPointe’s doctrine, ministry philosophy, and mission
