Preschool Director

General Description: The Director manages daily operations of the Preschool, ensuring compliance with state licensing (DSS), Church policies, and early childhood education standards in a faith-based environment. The Director will supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, mediate conflicts, and provide professional development opportunities. The Director also handles budgeting, fundraising, grant applications, and facility maintenance, ensuring the Preschool runs efficiently.
